Staffing calculator

What would it cost to staff this in-house?

Set the figures to match your agency. One pilot can fly up to three docked aircraft at once, so your number of sites sets how many pilot seats must be staffed. A supervisor is on duty whenever pilots are flying.

Pricing questions

The details.

What sets the Full Operations fee?
Two things: how many sites you operate and how many hours a day you want them covered. Each site carries one flat monthly fee. There are no per-flight charges, so your cost doesn't climb when your program gets busy.
Is hardware included?
No. Aircraft and docks belong to your agency, often purchased through grants. We help you choose and buy them, and under Full Operations we fly and maintain them.
Can we start with Advisory and move up later?
Yes. That's the most common path. The Advisory fee is credited toward Launch, and Launch work carries straight into Full Operations, so nothing is redone.
Can we cover only part of the day?
Yes. Coverage can be 24/7, extended peak hours or specific shifts. You can change it as your call data and budget evolve.
How do contracts work for public agencies?
We work within your procurement process, including sole-source justification support where appropriate, cooperative purchasing and multi-year agreements with annual appropriation clauses.
