Full operations

Highly skilled pilots, on call, without the headcount.

Aerqor runs your DFR program day to day. Our pilots answer your calls, supervisors stay on duty with them, video reaches your people in seconds, and every flight is documented and retained. You pay one flat monthly fee per site.

How it works

One pilot, up to three aircraft. A supervisor on every shift.

Aerqor pilots work from a secure operations center, connected to your dispatch and flying under your agency's public COA. Each pilot can manage up to three docked aircraft at once, and a supervisor is on duty whenever pilots are flying.

Connected to dispatch

The pilot sees qualifying calls as your dispatchers enter them and launches under your SOP, without waiting to be asked.

Up to three aircraft per pilot

One pilot covers up to three sites at once. Staffing grows with your footprint, one seat per three sites.

Supervised every shift

A supervisor oversees every flight, handles escalation and stays in contact with your watch commander.

Fleet kept ready

Preflight checks every shift, plus battery management, maintenance tracking and dock health monitoring.

Our pilots

Experienced people, held to a public-safety standard.

The person flying your call should understand the call. Aerqor pilots fly under your agency's public COA, meet the pilot standard your agency certifies, and bring real public-safety experience.

Qualified to your COA standard

Trained and qualified to the pilot standard your agency certifies under Part 91 Public Aircraft Operations, with recurrent proficiency checks.

Background-checked

Vetted to your agency's standards, including fingerprint-based checks where your data access requires them.

Public-safety experience

Pilots who know radio discipline, officer safety and how a call develops, not just how to fly.

Night and thermal qualified

Trained for night operations and thermal search: missing persons, fleeing subjects and scene overviews in the dark.

Live video & retention

Everyone sees the scene. Every frame is accounted for.

Video from the aircraft goes straight to the people making decisions. Afterward, it's stored, purged or held under your agency's retention policy, and nothing is kept longer than that.

Live

Streaming to command and ground units, in seconds

Video is live within seconds of launch. Officers watch on the devices they already carry, with no extra hardware in the car.

  • Secure, access-controlled links. Share with a unit, revoke when the call clears.
  • Many viewers at once: patrol, supervisors, fire/EMS, mutual aid
  • Pilot on your radio channel or talk group for the call
Retained

Video retention and evidence

Every flight is recorded and linked to its call for service, then kept as long as your policy requires.

RoutinePurged on your schedule
Case-flaggedHeld until released
EvidenceExported with audit trail
  • Retention schedules set by your agency and your state's records law
  • Encrypted storage, role-based access and a full access log
  • Chain-of-custody export for prosecutors and discovery
  • Your agency owns all video and data
Accountability

Every flight on the record.

Each flight is logged against its call for service: when it launched, who flew it, what it saw and what happened to the video. Each month you get a report your command staff, council and public can actually use.

  • Flight log tied to CAD incident numbers
  • Monthly program report: calls served, outcomes, availability
  • Data for public transparency reporting
  • Audit-ready records of pilots, training and maintenance
